The equipment is applicable for concentration technology of chinese medicines,health products,natural condiments,natural food additives, foods and chemical industry. It can be used to produce soaked creams with different specific gravidties for different drying production methods.Wide applicable range,simple operation and low maintenance .
Characteristics and benefits

The new equipment is a kind of production equipment for traditional chinese medicine is characterized by the single-effect evaporator(vacuum external cycling can produce soaked creams with specific gravity under 1.2) and double-effect concentrator and evaporator combined by combiation type concentration boiler(vacuum external cycling and jacket boiler combination body can produce soaked creams with specific gravity under 1.4),which is different from generaluse dual-effect .
Work principle
This is new equipment for production of chinese medicines, foods,healthcare products,chemical products.it is composed of single-effect lined pipe heater, evaporating chamber,dual-effect line pipe heater, concentrating boiler, condenser and vacuum solvent reclaim tank(plate heat exchanger,vacuum buffer tank).
The second-time steam outlet of single-effect external cycling concentrating boiler is connected to dual-effect heating chamber and condenser through pneumatic valves,Various production modes can be determined according to various production scales and requirements (dual-effect or single-effect).
During dual-effect production,supply(degree of vacuum is 0.04MPa,temperature of medical liquid is more than 80degree) single-effect second-time steam in heating for dual-effect concentration (degree of vacuum is 0.08MPa,and temperature of medical liquid is over 60degree).When producing
soaked creams with great specific gravity : soaked creams with great specific gravity in single-effect production is approximately 1.2,and start dual-effect combined concentration to make the concentration reach approximately 1.4.During production , it can save energy thoroughly.Energy can be saved greatly when the advantages such as being instant and convenient of single-effect production are utilized (when temperature of distillling liquid is approximately 90 degree ,and vacuum degree is -0.08Mpa,the boiling point will be 60 degree,then single-effect mode is the best choice). To exert the advantages of single-effect mode thoroughly can relieve urgent demands on production.For the condenser has large area, so it can carry out concentration in single-effect mode or combined modes. When the two equipments are of single-effect, the plate buffer tank in the vacuum protection system can carry out the recycling of solvent .
